Following service in the U.S. Air Force during the Viet Nam War, I earned a Business Degree in Real Estate & Urban Development from the American University while selling new homes in Potomac, MD. Since then, I have directly managed or joint ventured the development, renovation and sale of residential communities from Coast to Coast. This included acquisition, planning, zoning, plan approvals, land development, amenity construction, conceptual house design & builder lot sales, creating & managing cooperative new home marketing plans, and the creation & management of Homeowner Associations.

My most recently managed developments in Maryland include Victoria Falls (adjacent to Laurel) and The Parke at Ocean Pines (adjacent to Ocean City). Both of these award-winning "Central Parke 55+ Resort Communities" have been included numerous times in WHERE TO RETIRE magazine's bi-annual list of the "Top 100 Places to Retire in America".

In addition to my degree in Real Estate & Urban Development, I am a licensed Associate Broker and a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. Less than 5% of licensed agents elect to continue their education and training beyond the minimum license requirements in order to earn the GRI designation.
